Practical stainless steel enclosures with special design features
Industrial enclosures in 1.4301/A2 and 1.4404/A4 stainless steel
Rolec stainless steel enclosures are rated IP66 and IP67 and have many useful design features. These include the tried and tested single-channel technology from our aluminium enclosures. This is positioned outside of the enclosure interior and used for combined wall mounting and fitting the lid (A2 models). For the A4 models, separate fastening and lid channels are used, again outside of the enclosure interior. The injected silicone gaskets and fastening brackets on the bottom also offer real benefits. These innovative stainless steel enclosures are available in both 1.4301/A2 and 1.4404/A4 grade material. Ideal for use in the pharmaceutical sector, process technology and anything in the maritime area. The A4 grade enclosures also have an ‘Open Deck’ approval from Det Norske Veritas – Germanischer Lloyd.
Our in-house laser processing centre can supply the enclosures pre-cut with holes and cutouts for mounting your components. Other options include electropolishing which provides a highly polished surface finish closed at the micro level.

Innovative A4 stainless steel enclosures give high equipment protection – IP66, IP67 – Optional: IP69K
inoCASE 1.4404/A4 stainless steel enclosures provide very high performance protection for industrial and marine equipment.
Features include captive lid screws, injected full-silicone gaskets and fastening brackets in the base for attaching circuit boards, terminal rails, mounting plates etc. The enclosures are mounted without the need for external brackets or holes in the sealed interior. There is also an earthing bolt attached to the lid. Cable glands, mounting plates and other accessories are also available.
For small order quantities, we can take stock enclosures and add holes and cutouts using our in-house laser processing centre. Thus offering maximum flexibility for products required at short notice. Larger volumes are fully made to order.

inoBOX 1.4301/A2 and inoBOX 1.4404/A4 stainless steel enclosures impress with the usual ROLEC benefits – for every type of industrial internal mounting. Spacers are fitted in the bottom for mounting circuit boards, supporting rails or mounting plates. There is also an earthing bolt attached to the lid. Cable glands, mounting plates and other accessories are also available. For smaller order volumes, processing is carried out in our in-house laser processing centre. This offers maximum flexibility in the processing of products required at short notice.
